Norma A. Potros
Norma A. Potros is an immigration attorney with nearly 20 years of experience helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate the immigration system. She earned her law degree from the National University of Buenos Aires in Argentina and later obtained a Master of Laws degree from Touro Law College in New York.
Her practice has focused on helping clients find practical solutions in family immigration, business immigration, naturalization, waivers, DACA, and other immigration matters. At Stillman Legal, Norma brings deep immigration knowledge, a calm and experienced perspective, and a strong commitment to serving the Latino immigrant community. She is fluent in Spanish and has spent years educating the community through churches, organizations, media appearances, and public speaking.

Jessica Flores
Jessica Flores has been Lina’s paralegal and immigration guru since 2014, which means she has seen just about everything immigration law can throw at a person. Forms, filings, deadlines, court notices, last-minute emergencies, mystery USCIS updates… Jessica knows the terrain.
As Senior Immigration Paralegal, Jessica works closely with clients on a wide range of immigration matters and helps keep cases moving with experience, care, and serious attention to detail. She understands how stressful the immigration process can be, and she brings both knowledge and calm to moments that can feel overwhelming for clients and their families.
Jessica is the kind of person every law office needs: dependable, experienced, sharp, and deeply familiar with the process. She helps clients understand what is needed, helps the legal team stay organized, and makes sure the small details, which in immigration law are never actually small, are handled properly.

Valerie Goite
Valeria Goite is part of our immigration team and helps clients through some of the most important, and often most emotional, parts of their cases.
As an immigration legal assistant, Valeria works on immigration forms, follows up with clients, helps prepare documents for EOIR, and assists with asylum cases, including taking detailed affidavits from clients. That work requires patience, precision, and the ability to listen carefully, because immigration cases are not just paperwork, they are people’s lives, histories, fears, and hopes, all placed into one very serious file.
Valeria helps clients stay organized and informed throughout the process, making sure important details are gathered and nothing gets lost in the shuffle. She is especially valuable in Valeria helps turn complicated immigration processes into something clients can actually navigate, which, in immigration law, is basically a superpower.
Karen Gomez
Karen Gomez is one of those people in the office who somehow seems to touch every part of a case: intake, discovery, damages charts, client follow-up, document organization, and whatever else needs to be done before anyone has time to panic.
As part of our labor and employment team, Karen helps move cases from the first client conversation through the detailed work that comes later. She assists with gathering information, organizing records, preparing discovery materials, and helping build the wage-and-hour charts that are so important in employment cases.
Karen is detail-oriented, practical, and dependable. She understands that labor cases are not just about numbers on a spreadsheet, they are about people’s time, work, and dignity. Her work helps make sure the legal team has the information needed to tell each client’s story clearly and effectively.

M. Abigail Ruiz
Originally from Venezuela, M. Abigail Ruiz is one of the first friendly faces clients meet when they come into the office.
As Office Manager, Abigail helps keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly: from client communication and in-person customer service to making sure checks get where they need to go and people feel taken care of along the way. She is warm but direct, bilingual, and has a natural way of making clients feel comfortable, even when they are dealing with stressful legal issues.
Abigail brings both heart and order to the office, she is dependable, approachable, and always ready to help.
And yes, she brings her Yorkie to the office, which instantly improves everyone’s day and, frankly, should be considered a legal service.
Cesar Garzon
Cesar is one of the first people many clients speak with when they contact Stillman Legal, and that matters. Legal problems can feel overwhelming, confusing, and urgent, and Cesar has a way of making people feel heard from the very first conversation.
As part of our client services team, Cesar handles intakes, answers questions, gathers important information, and helps clients understand the next steps before they meet with the legal team.
